With a strong international client base and significant growth across Europe, LATAM, and APAC, the business is now looking to hire a senior delivery leader to take ownership of global programme delivery across multiple regions.
This is a newly created, high-impact role designed to bring structure, consistency, and senior client leadership across a growing portfolio of implementations.

This position sits between project management and senior consulting, acting as the key link between clients, project teams, and leadership.
You will:
- Own client relationships at a programme level across multiple regions
- Oversee delivery across several concurrent implementations
- Bring structure and consistency to planning, reporting, and governance
- Act as a senior escalation point for delivery and stakeholder challenges
- Support and guide project managers to improve delivery quality
- Ensure programmes are aligned, achievable, and commercially sound
We’re looking for someone who combines strong delivery experience with a consulting mindset and client-facing credibility.
Experience
- 8+ years in ERP or enterprise system implementation
- Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar
- Proven experience overseeing complex, multi-region or global programmes
- Strong background in client-facing delivery roles
- Deep understanding of end-to-end implementation (data, integrations, testing, environments)
- Strong programme planning and delivery structuring skills
- Ability to identify and manage risk proactively
- Confident stakeholder management at senior level
- Calm, structured, and delivery-focused
- Strong communication and presence with clients
- Able to operate across global teams and time zones
- Pragmatic and solutions-oriented
- Established, profitable SaaS business with a global client base
- Significant growth and international rollout programmes underway
- High level of ownership and influence in a newly created role
