About the Role
We are working with a well-established and growing financial services organisation looking to hire an IT Support Analyst to join their internal IT team on a permanent basis. The role will require you onsite 5 days a week, close to Woodford. 

This is a hands-on, user-facing position suited to someone with a strong background in IT support who is looking to further develop their skills across modern Microsoft technologies and cloud environments.
 

You will play a key role in supporting internal users, managing devices, and maintaining core IT systems, while gaining exposure to infrastructure and cloud-based technologies.
 

Key Responsibilities
User Support & Service Desk

  • Provide 1st to 3rd line support to internal users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues
  • Act as a key point of contact for IT queries
  • Manage and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs
User & Access Management
  • Manage users in Azure AD (Entra ID)
  • Assign Microsoft 365 licences and permissions
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with MFA setup and account access issues
Device Management
  • Manage laptops and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune
  • Configure devices, deploy software, and enforce security policies
Systems & Infrastructure
  • Support internal IT systems and environments
  • Assist with cloud platforms and virtual environments
  • Troubleshoot more complex technical issues

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
  • Experience in a 2nd Line or early 3rd Line IT Support role
  • Strong experience with:
    • Microsoft 365
    • Azure AD / Entra ID
    • Intune / Endpoint Manager
  • Experience working in a ticket-driven environment
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)
Desirable:
  • Exposure to Azure infrastructure or virtualisation
  • Experience with firewalls
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA)
