THE ROLE
You'll be building product, not just implementing tickets. This means: Owning features from customer problem through to deployed solution Making architectural and technical decisions with commercial impact in mind Building full stack – JavaScript/TypeScript across frontend and backend Working directly with founders/product leadership on what to build next Shipping fast and iterating based on real usage data

WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong academic background (Russell Group or equivalent, 1st or 2.1 in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or similar) 3-7 years building production software in JavaScript/TypeScript environments Can code from first principles – not just wiring frameworks together Commercial awareness – you understand why features matter, not just how to build them Proven ability to ship and own outcomes, not just write code This is product engineering, not software development.
