Software Engineer – AI Agents and Automation

Hybrid London (3 days per week)
Avanti Recruitment is supporting a technology organisation that is developing AI driven workflow automation tools. The focus is on building systems that are used across the business to improve efficiency and support internal teams.
They are looking for a Software Engineer who is comfortable working close to the user and helping shape how AI agents are deployed and improved. You will work with engineering and data teams while also supporting stakeholders who use the tools day to day.
You will be working on
- Building and maintaining LLM based agent systems
- Creating internal tools that support creative production workflows
- Working hands on with Python and cloud technologies
- Deploying and scaling agent systems in containerised environments
- Helping nontechnical teams understand and use the tools effectively
- Strong experience with Python
- Background in building or integrating LLM based agents such as LangChain, CrewAI or AutoGen
- Experience with cloud platforms. GCP is ideal but AWS or Azure is also completely fine
- Comfort with Docker and Kubernetes in a deployment environment
