Memory, Retrieval & Long-Context Reasoning
Building systems capable of retaining, retrieving and reasoning over information at scale.
Agentic Systems, RL & Self-Improvement
Training autonomous agents capable of planning, tool use, reasoning and continuous improvement.
Interpretability, Auditing & Observability
Developing techniques and tooling to understand, evaluate and safely monitor autonomous AI systems.
We are looking for people from top-tier AI labs, research institutions, or high-agency startup environments who want to work on hard problems with exceptional peers.
