Their IT department has grown from a single developer to a robust team of 38 professionals, including 8 dedicated developers who build and maintain all business-critical systems in-house.
Our client is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join their established development team in a permanent, full-time role. The selected candidate will work on both enhancement projects for existing applications and complete system rewrites, transitioning legacy systems to modern C# solutions.

Role Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain internal business applications using C# and .NET
• Work with SQL Server to design and optimize database solutions
• Create web-based interfaces for business users
• Participate in full development lifecycle from design through deployment
• Collaborate with the Solutions Development Lead who handles business analysis
• Work on both team-based and independent projects
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience with C# and .NET development
• Proficiency in SQL Server and database development
• Web development experience
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience with legacy system modernization
• VB6 knowledge (for understanding legacy systems)
Work Environment
• 100% remote position (must be based in Texas)
• Quarterly in-person team meetings for collaboration
