Engineering Manager
UK Remote | £90,000 to £100,000 + 10% Bonus
A growing global technology business is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead two cross-functional software engineering squads.
You will manage approximately nine Backend, Frontend, Full-Stack and QA Engineers, taking ownership of people development and delivery across both teams. Each squad has a Tech Lead who owns the hands-on technical decisions, allowing you to concentrate on building strong teams, developing engineers and creating an effective delivery environment.
This is deliberately not a hands-on coding role. It would suit an established Engineering Manager who has already chosen people leadership as their career and genuinely enjoys helping engineers progress.
