Following a deliberate and exciting shift towards a direct sales strategy, the company is poised for its next phase of growth. With an established revenue base, proven technology, and strong market demand, they are now looking for an ambitious, commercially-driven CEO to take the helm.
As CEO, you will report directly to the board of directors, taking full ownership of business strategy and operational execution. You'll lead a multi-national team, build on the company’s technical heritage, and drive the commercial transformation required to scale revenue and expand market presence across Europe.
Key responsibilities:
• Drive business growth from ~£3M ARR towards ambitious multi-million targets over the next 2–3 years.
• Lead the European sales teams to accelerate pipeline conversion and new customer acquisition.
• Establish operational cadence and commercial rigour across sales, marketing, finance, and product teams.
• Manage a geographically dispersed team
• Collaborate with the founder to commercialise innovation and align product development with market needs.
• Act as a trusted partner to the founder and board, providing regular updates on performance and strategy.
• Expand the company’s presence across Europe, adapting regional sales strategies and strengthening customer relationships.
About you:
• Proven experience in a CEO, GM, COO, or senior commercial leadership role within a SaaS or software business.
• Track record of driving significant revenue growth and scaling teams across European markets.
• Strong commercial leadership and operational management capabilities.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience managing remote, multi-national teams.
• Fluency in English and ability to operate across diverse European business cultures.
• Experience in customer experience (CX), VoC, CRM, or enterprise software sectors is a plus.
