The Role
As a Founding Software Engineer, you'll work directly with the CTO to build reliable, scalable systems powering complex integrations, payment workflows, and internal tooling.

The Role
As a Founding Software Engineer, you'll work directly with the CTO to build reliable, scalable systems powering complex integrations, payment workflows, and internal tooling.
- Build backend-heavy infrastructure for complex integrations and payment systems
- Collaborate closely with product, commercial teams, and clients
- Drive engineering quality and architectural decisions
- Move fast without cutting corners
- Experienced: 2-3+ years building production-grade systems in a start up or scale up in fast-paced environments
- Full-stack or backend-leaning: Confident with services, APIs, infrastructure, and external integrations
- Product-minded: You care about outcomes, not just tickets. You ask "why?"
- Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
- Backend: Node.js, Drizzle, PostgreSQL
- Infrastructure: Serverless (Vercel), Supabase
- Tools: OpenAI, GCP
