Recent growth in the business means we’re looking for an Engineering Manager to head up & take ownership of the growing development team, where you'll be leading your colleagues through project deadlines, getting hands on and coaching / mentoring colleagues to overcome technical obstacles and maintain the teams performance.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics or similar 
Deep understanding and hands on experience of Agile methods, for instance Scrum
Experience in booting up agile teams 
Professional firmware development skills 
Thorough knowledge of Bluetooth protocol, or other wireless communication protocols such as Zigbee, WiFi, etc., with a good motivation to learn Bluetooth
Written and verbal communication skills in English
