

Service Desk Analyst - Windows, O365, AD, Networking - large team
I'm looking for a skilled customer-focused Windows Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional technical support to internal customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent customer service skills.
They have a flat structure, so their service desk covers 1st , 2nd and some elements of 3rd Line Technical Support. The Service Desk has access to all their technical estate so can get involved in providing fixes to a broad and varied range of technical issues. This is not just logging problems for someone else to fix!!
Whilst primarily BAU focused you will also get involved in a range of continuous improvement projects and roll-out of new technologies. They offer great opportunities for skill and career progression and have a dedicated Infrastructure team for major escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
Salary - £28,000 - £35,000 + £3,000 on-call allowance + benefits
Location: Malton, North Yorkshire - Office based role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line technical support for Windows-based systems and applications
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage and prioritise service requests through their ticketing system
- Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and Active Directory
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles
- Assist with basic Windows server administration tasks
- Participate in IT projects and system upgrades
- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
