

Avanti Recruitment are currently partnered with a Software company based in Leeds who specialise in creating high-tech software for the educational sector. They are looking for a Senior Cloud Developer to run and grow their Cloud team.
They have been working hard to build an in-house culture, where each developer is supported and because of that this position is fully on-site.
They are an established company that has recently seen a high period of growth and has branched out into Europe and the UAE. They have thousands of clients and build software that helps keep our children safe in school.
The main purpose of the role is to use your expertise in the .NET stack to, mentor and coach existing developers. You will also be responsible for delivering against their development roadmap, leading the team to create high-quality and scalable software. This role is 80% hands on with the remainder of the role focusing on implementing best practices and coaching developers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Developers.
- Lead daily stand-ups.
- Sprint reviews.
- Maintain coding standards.
- Code reviews.
