I’m currently working with a Leading payment solutions company seeks an experienced Ruby Developer to develop and maintain payment applications for Android and Linux POS systems.
The Position
The successful candidate will design and develop Ruby applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure optimal application performance. They will be responsible for implementing new features, debugging issues, and evaluating new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
Required Skills
  • Proven Ruby development experience with POS applications
  • Ruby on Rails proficiency
  • Object-oriented programming expertise
  • Android/Linux systems experience
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Team collaboration skills
Package
  • Salary up to £80,000
  • Full remote working
  • Discretionary, based on the Company’s performance - non-contractual
  • Pension 4% Employer contribution and a minimum 3%  Employee contribution
  • 24 days holiday plus 8 bank holiday
  • 37.5 hours per week.  Core hours are 9.00am - 5:30pm
