

Avanti Recruitment has partnered with a Leicester-based engineering company that going through a very exciting period of growth, and is expanding it's hardware engineering capabilities. We're looking for a graduate hardware engineer who'll be trained by various hardware divisions of the company and brought up to eventually be critical to the company's new product development plan, where you'll have a direct impact on their next generation of measurement products. You'll learn how to bring products up from the proof-of-concept stage all the way through design & development stages, and eventually out to testing & production.
Preferred Experience:
A recent university degree in electrical and electronic engineering (preferably 2:1 or higher)
1 year+ industry experience in an electronics engineering role
The company is offering up to £32,000 DOE (with a pay rise upon completion of graduate programme), discretionary annual bonus, private healthcare, 25 days holiday, private pension contribution, and more.
