Avanti Recruitment is currently recruiting for DevOps Engineer to join a healthcare technology company that are doing incredible things to improve the success rates of cancer treatment.
Working as part of their small technical team you will take ownership of the DevOps processes for the company. They have established CI/CD pipelines and are using cloud technologies already but there is still a lot to do and you will be highly influential in revamping their approach and making decisions about how they run their DevOps approach and the technologies used. This will be a great role for an experienced DevOps Engineer who wants to take on responsibility and make key decisions. This will be a fully remote opportunity with no requirement to go into the office but when they do meet up then they are in Surrey.

To be considered you will have proven skills and experience with:
- AWS infrastructure & services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM)
- CI / CD pipelines and technologies
- Linux scripting for automating processes
- Linux Infrastructure including Installation, backup, configuration, operation and monitoring
- Orchestration tools such as Terraform, Ansible.
- Web design patterns.
Any experience with Containerisation and particularly Kubernetes would be high desirable but is not essential. Any experience with Ruby programming would also be useful to understand what they software team are doing but again it is not mandatory.
