

Cyber Security Analyst
I’m working with a £1Bn European fintech who are looking to break into the UK market and have big plans to expand their UK team during the near year. They create innovative banking as a service platforms already used by some of the biggest names in Fintech & Web3.
They are looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to become a part of their team dedicated to upholding the security and reliability of cloud-based technology infrastructure. As a Cyber Security Analyst, your essential responsibilities will include protecting digital assets, upholding compliance standards, and actively enhancing security protocols in the cloud ecosystem.
They are keen to build a strong collaborative culture, so all roles are hybrid with 3 days a week in the office in Central London.

Responsibilities:
- Security Monitoring and Incident Response:
- Monitor cloud security events and alerts.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents.
- Cloud Infrastructure Security:
- Implement and maintain security measures on cloud platforms.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and address weaknesses.
- Identity and Access Management:
- Manage user access and permissions in cloud services.
- Implement multi-factor authentication and monitoring.
- Security Compliance and Auditing:
- Support compliance efforts and audits.
- Stay updated on IT security trends and regulations.
- Security Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate security documentation.
- Prepare regular security reports for management.
- Proficiency in computer operating systems and networking
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
- Beneficial understanding of scripting languages and Kubernetes technologies
- Knowledge of essential cybersecurity principles and practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Advantageous to possess relevant certifications in Cloud or Cybersecurity.
