As a Business Process Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in analysing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions. Key responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives
- Develop detailed process maps and workflows using industry-standard methodologies
- Identify opportunities for process automation and technology integration
- Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented processes
- Assist the Training team in providing support for new processes and systems
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business process management
Essential skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of business process management (BPM) concepts and methodologies
- Proficiency in process modelling techniques (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean)
- Experience with process automation tools and technologies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable skills:
- Certification in Business Process Management (e.g., CBPP, CBPA)
- Familiarity with workflow automation and robotic process automation
