Avanti Recruitment are working with an industry-leading IT and AV integration firm, renowned for its cutting-edge solutions in the private yacht industry. We're looking for a talented and passionate AV/IT Client Support Technician to join their Client Support team.
As a key member of their Client Support team, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical support for AV and control systems used in luxury Megayachts, SuperYachts, and private residences around the world. You'll be involved in troubleshooting, maintaining, testing, and documenting sophisticated AV and IT systems, ensuring an unforgettable entertainment experience for our elite clientele.
To be successful you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in providing technical support for various technologies.
- AV Expertise: Familiarity with AV and control systems, with a focus on Crestron control systems being a plus.
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, switches, routers, and audio/video over IP protocols.
- Detail-oriented and tenacious in solving complex technical issues.
- Desire to stay updated with the latest AV and IT developments, embracing new challenges.
- Valid driving licence and Passport
