What You'll Do
Take ownership of our automation strategy and implementation, including:
- Spearheading the development and maintenance of Cypress test automation suite
- Leading technical initiatives to improve automation framework and CI/CD pipeline
- Mentoring and supporting other automation engineers
- Collaborating closely with developers and QA teams in an agile environment
- Analyzing test results and providing actionable insights to engineering leadership
- Contributing to product quality by identifying and documenting defects
- Driving improvements in test coverage and automation efficiency
- Proven expertise with Cypress and test automation best practices
- Strong JavaScript skills and experience with REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Jira, and Bitbucket
- Background in cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a passion for quality and automation
- Experience working in agile development environments
- up to £65,000 annual salary
