What attracted you to Avanti? 
I was looking for a career where there was uncapped earning potential and clear career progression and Avanti ticked all the boxes. It was also very clear that the management team really valued their staff and rewarded them as a result with an endless list of benefits and incentives. This coupled with a dedicated training programme and support structure really gave me the confidence that I would be able to succeed in an industry that can be very challenging at times especially for a Trainee!

Favourite Avanti moment? 
There’s been too many for me to choose one “favourite moment” however, the holiday incentive to Portugal is definitely up there. Drinking champagne at Breakfast then partying on a yacht sailing the Mediterranean sea was definitely something I’ll never forget!!!

Proudest Avanti achievement? 
I’ve been very fortunate to be able mentor a number of exceptionally talented consultants and watching them progress and achieve huge success has fulfilled me with great pride throughout my career.

Why would you recommend a career at Avanti?
